Questions practices ask

Does paying improve our ranking?
No. Featured placement moves a practice to the top of directory listings, labelled as Featured, and gives a followed link to your website. It does not change your score and it has no effect at all on our best-of rankings, which are sorted on score alone. These are separate code paths, not a promise.
How do we get our listing corrected?
Email us. Corrections to factual errors are free, always, and are not conditional on buying anything. You do not need to claim the listing first.
What does claiming a listing cost?
Nothing. A free claimed listing lets you edit your details, list the treatments you offer, add photos and receive consultation requests.
How is our score calculated?
Three components: a review-count-weighted rating, how many of your treatments we have verified, and how complete your profile is. The full formula, including the weights and constants, is published on our editorial policy page.
Where do our reviews come from?
Ratings and review counts shown on your listing are as published by Google when we last refreshed them. We do not host or edit reviews, and we always link back to the source.
Can we be removed from the directory?
Yes. Email us and we will remove the listing.
